AT&T has an additional portion of Mime which provides a 'safe' programming 
language. Nathaniel Borenstein would be the contact, I suppose.

TCL has a 'safe' version as well.

'safe' in the sense that a program cannot do stupid things like 

	'cd /;rm -rf *'
