Subject: New OS/2 MPEG Solution Available
I recently researched OS/2 MPEG hardware solutions for a customer.
We were not very successful in finding OS/2 solutions, but finally
identified a vendor, Visual Circuits, that was working on one. They
escalated their OS/2 development, and the result was a card with
a very aggressive price and high quality playback. They are very
flexible in terms of customizing a solution for customers with large
volume requirements. For example, our customer did not need VGA
playback interfaces, but a cable tv interface instead. They created a
card that contained only the interface we needed.
