Has anyone been using CID as a distribution tool for OS/2 systems? I have
been using it in setting up PS/2 MCA systems with some success for the
past two years. However, I have been forced to use the new PC330 systems
with an ISA bus architecture and I am having trouble with both the Auto
16/4 token ring adapters and the non auto version. I can get the cards
running after OS/2 is installed. There seems to be a conflict between
OS/2 installation and the adapter setup. I've talked with IBM. Their
response is use Int=10,Ram=d400- and Rom=d800-. The card people seemed to
think it OS/2's problem since the adapter card does work. The OS/2 people
thinks its a bad card. You know, the same old story, its the other guys
problem.
This is just a comment. If anybody has any suggestions or has experienced
simular problems, I would be happy to hear from you (all).
Thank you for your attention.
