The next meeting of the MIT OS/2 USERS GROUP will be Thursday, September
21 at 5pm in MIT room 2-105. Diane Ross will be giving a live demo of
IBM's Voice Dicitation System. She is also an IBM/Lotus Product
Specialist, so she will be fielding your questions about SmartSuite for
OS/2 and the future of UltiMail versus cc:Mail.
Jonathan Levine, head-honcho of OS/2 File Management Solutions, Inc,
will be presenting OS2TREE, "what XTREE was to DOS, what Norton
Commander missed in OS/2". OS2TREE is a graphical utility, with both PM
and character mode interfaces, that lets you manage all of your OS/2
files and directories in an easy manner.
Free OS/2 software door prize drawing! Free t-shirts and other
surprises for the first ten arrivees. And Q&A with Pankaj.
New to OS/2? Our "New User OS/2 Clinic and Introduction" will be
Wednesday October 4, 12pm-2pm. Location TBA.
