The next meeting of the MIT OS/2 USERS GROUP will be Thursday,
September 21 at 5pm in MIT room 2-105. Jonathan Levine, head-honcho of
OS/2 File Management Solutions, Inc, will be presenting OS2TREE, "what
XTREE was to DOS, what Norton Commander missed in OS/2". OS2TREE is a
graphical utility, with both PM and character mode interfaces, that lets
you manage all of your OS/2 files and directories in an easy manner.
We will also have a live demo of IBM's Voice Dicitation System, to make
up for last month's snafu. Cool! Free OS/2 software door prize
drawing! Free t-shirts and other surprises for the first ten arrivees.
And Pankaj will try to field your questions at the end of the meeting.
Also, stay tuned for more information on our upcoming "New User OS/2
Clinic and Introduction" the first week of October.
