Have you actually checked whether the AFS client for
OS/2 is licensed for use at MIT? I've been told by
the maintainer of the AFS for OS/2 WWW pages at
Vanderbilt U. Med. Center that it's user-contributed,
and it seems to be included for free under the
standard Transarc AFS site license (whatever that
is), like the Linux client is. Apparently, it can be
downloaded by your AFS site contact (who should have
an account at Transarc) from
/afs/transarc.com/public/afs-contrib/bin/os2.client .
You might want to find out who that is at MIT, and
see if you can legitimately redistribute it at MIT.
