problems with krb5 telnetd for NetBSD

	One major problem with using the krb5 telnetd on ringworld
right now is that it doesn't currently deal with libal.  Until Bruce
re-integrates the Athena changes into telnetd, it is probably a bad
idea to run it on a machine without /etc/noremote.  

	The areas of telnetd that would have to be changed are
probably stable enough that it would be reasonable to attempt such an
integration.  I'm not sure where you'd want to put libal; you would
probably want to do it in such a way that the Kerberos tree could
compile either with or without it's presence.
