I went ahead and broke the /usr/athena/include/X11 symlink, and moved
the Dash-specific bitmaps and olh.xbm to a newly-created
/usr/athena/include/X11/dash.xbm.

It turns out that dash and console already look in /usr/athena/___ for
bitmaps, so that didn't need to be changed.

I modified olh to look up its bitmaps in /usr/athena/include/X11 using
XAPPLRESDIR. I'm not particularly proud of this, but it will give us
an idea of what to do if there's ever another Athena Motif application
we want to port which needs its own bitmaps. (Of course, another
option was to include the pathname to the bitmap file in the resource
file. Something to think about.)

Can't it go in /usr/athena/include, in that case? What Athena
software is this? I've left it there for the moment, but I think we
should blow it away and see what breaks.
