Yikes! Egad! GODDAMNIT!

I just noticed this, and boy am I unhappy.

I've turned it off on granola & lime and in our source tree
for inetd.conf, and on the system packs.

Greg, please update the tarballs so they contain a reasonable
version of inetd.conf.

Geeze...
