I updated system.inbsd.usrX11R6 to XFree86 3.1.1, being careful to
preserve all of the changes we made to the tree (using an ls -ltR).
Hopefully, nothing should break. The old volume is temporarily still
there as system.inbsd.Xold (until the next AFS backup), and is mounted
as /afs/sipb.mit.edu/system/i386_nbsd1/usr/X11R6.old.
My main motivation is having xf86config available, but the other
bugfixes are also worthwhile.
