Since you installed the new libafs.o, granola has crashed twice during
the AFS cache scan, with `panic: free vnode isn't'. On subsequent
reboots, it seems to come up okay. I can't be absolutely certain that
this isn't a coincidence, but the evidence does seem to point in your
direction.
To everyone else:
You may want to watch out for this if you've installed the new module.
