Kernel crashing on glacier

I found the bug which was causing the kernel to crash on glacier. I
had miscapitalized VNODEPAGER as VNODEPAGEr in my configuration file,
and there's a bug in pmap_init() which causes the kernel to crash when
VNODEPAGER isn't defined. I'll send a pr with full details to the
NetBSD core team; I'm just sending this note here so that people know
that the problem is resolved.
