I've updated the installation distribution on rtfm, with the following
changes:
* netstart.ed now turns off routed in addition to turning on
named.
* usr.vice/etc/dkload/libafs1_O* have been upgraded to the
latest /mit/afsdev distribution, in order to fix the
libafs1_0A.o flags problem.
I tested the netstart.ed script, but didn't test a full installation,
since the changes are unlikely to cause anything to break.
