i compiled libregexp.a for the netbsd lib in the consult locker
and dig for the netbsd bin in teh consult locker. They are right
now in my lib and bin directories on athena. Could someone please install
them into the sipb link of the consult locker. do any other consult
programs still need to be compiled?
