What will be useful is:
* netstat -i output before you load the AFS module
* a namelist of /usr/vice/etc/dkload/netbsd_afs (I suggest you load the
module by hand, save the namelist, then proceed to crash with afsd)
* the PC at which it faulted (_end+0xfoobar is not quite useful--the
address in hex correlated with /usr/vice/etc/dkload/netbsd_afs will be
better)
