First, netbsd-help@mit.edu is the appropriate place to send questions.
Second, can you be a bit more specific? You can find sources for
NetBSD itself at /mit/netbsd/ftp-mirror. You can find sources for the
NetBSD-Athena port in /afs/sipb/project/sipb-athena (look there first)
or /mit/netbsd/dev/athena (look there second).
As for documentation, you can find some in /usr/share/doc and
/usr/share/man on a NetBSD system. If you have something more
specific in mind, I can probably help better.
