hang caused by NFS problem

A few minutes ago, I walked up to granola, which had a message like
``NFS server not responding for keesh:/'', to try to log in. It let
me type in my username and password, but didn't go much farther than
poping down xlogin. I switched to another VC, logged in as root, and
noticed that `umount -f /mnt' (where keesh:/ was mounted) was hanging.
I tried to `umount -f /mnt' from the shell to see what would happen;
it hung. I switched VCs again, and logged in as root with no trouble.
I tried to kill off my session, but all the relevant processes had
gone into disk wait, so I dumped the output of `ps waux' and `nfsstat'
into files in /var/tmp, and rebooted. Here's the info:
