/usr/vice/etc/MIT_COPYRIGHT is probably fine (it's a small enough
directory that you don't really need a separate doc directory.)
disklabel is probably being anal about which MBR partition table entry
it's using with NetBSD--I can easily believe it doesn't like two 0xA5
partitions.
