There's a new libafs.o on granola (as of Monday), rev 1.15. Greg, can
you put this into the kit for Athena users, and make an announcement to
netbsd-announce?
It fixes the bug where file modification times could not be set with
utimes() (e.g. cp -p & tar would not set mod times).
