I rebuilt nawm against X11R6 and installed it. Because I couldn't
find a version of do installed anywhere, I wrote a Makefile and
checked it in. The Makefile doesn't check for unistd.h and stdlib.h
like the dofile claimed to, so it might break on the Vaxes or RTs.
Because I don't know how to test nawm, I left the old nawm executable
in nawm.old.
