Deinstalling libxpm

I've decided that it's probably best not to include xpm in the
/usr/X11R6 tree in AFS, since it's in /mit/graphics on every other
Athena platform. It also means that people with local /usr/X11R6's
will need to install one more package to have stuff in Athena lockers
work.
Could people who linked programs shared against libxpm please link
them statically against /mit/graphics instead? I'll take care of
fvwm, which is the only program I built this way.
