Actually, I didn't even know that this capability was needed for
anything. The first I heard of a directory for netbsd stuff under
~ftp/installkits was at the netbsd iap class. As far as I know,
installkits/i386_nbsd1 wasn't mentioned on the rtfm-maintainers list.

I added mit-only to /etc/group{,.local} on penguin-lust. I also
updated ftpaccess with the latest list of MIT IP addresses from
nnrp.access on senator-bedfellow, and installed this new version on
bloom-picayune. I didn't install this on penguin-lust since it already
has to have a version that's skewed from bloom-picayune because of the
difference in the actual directory names /home/ftp and /u1/ftp.
