I possibly overran rosebud:/vicpeb while doing a bulk move. In any
case the fileserver on rosebud coredumped and left a mess. After
removing /vicepb/SPACE_FILLER, I was able to successfully salvage the
partition. While I was at it, I recreated the SPACE_FILLER files on
/vicepa and /vicepb. No files were lost, according to the
SalvageLogs.
