There is a "temporary official tree" for emacs (seeing as yoav can't write
to the emacs19 locker). It is basically a gtar'd version of the build tree,
and it should be in /afs/sipb/project/netbsd/dev/packages/emacs*)
I should turn it into an untarred version, seeing as we no longer
have disk space problems...
