Connector problem fixed

mycroft came up with a patch that appears to fix the connector problem
with autodetecting the 3c509 during a warm boot. I've updated
patch-3c509 and the kernels in /mit/netbsd/dev/athena-install/kernels,
and I've updated the kernels on rtfm.
I'm going to test the installation demo in 6-120 today, and hooking up
glacier to the projector in 3-133. I've already looked over the
projection screen in 3-133, and it seems to be pretty high-quality; I
only wish we were using it instead of 6-120 for the installation demo.
It may be worth trying to shuffle the class so that we do the live
installation on Monday or Wednesday instead of Tuesday, in fact. I'll
think about that today.
