OK, done (see the rlog for voluminous comments; FYI, it's project/netbsd/dev/athena/reactivate).
Greg, your distribution should probably update.
For kicks, I bumped version (goes to /etc/athena/version), but that shouldn't
effect anything, other than perhaps telling them to go to Athena Operations :-)

Next is the spurious SIGKILL-ing of init by /etc/athena/cleanup...
