Ah, well!

Last night, I installed NetBSD/sparc on deathtongue. This was an interesting
learning experience in some ways, and slightly disappointing in others.

Deathtongue's disk is currently not large enough to support both Solaris
and NetBSD/sparc, and cannot hold X windows after installing NetBSD/sparc.

This is sort of unfortunate, and makes dt less usable (hah!). On the
other hand, the SunOS Openwindows server is supposed to run under NetBSD/sparc.
I tried copying pieces of it from bloom-beacon, but eventually I ran out
of space.

I've reinstalled Solaris on deathtongue.

Things to note when someone wants to do this again:

	1) NetBSD/sparc seems to need the a partition on a disk. This
essentially means punting swap or afs cache, rebooting Solaris,
repartitioning slightly and copying the Solaris root, then booting
	off of the new root.

	2) You need to use the *SunOS* installboot and /usr/mdec/bootsd
programs (and /boot). The Solaris version doesn't seem to work.
The NetBSD version isn't in 1.0, but it is in -current
	(according to Charles)

	3) Both translaters still seem to be working, so there is limited
	AFS support.

	4) /afs/athena/system/sun4c_411/srvd.74 still seems to exist. Is
this the mythical TomAthena port, or...?

	5) If jtkohl feels like popping by at some point, we might try
compiling AFS for it... [I just realized I should have saved
	the LKM/DDB kernel I built. D-oh!]

	6) If anyone thinks it's worthwhile, we might temporarily take some
of that voluminous sipb AFS space and put OpenWindows on it. I'm
not sure that this is useful...

That's about it. It should be noted that /etc/rc does not start named
correctly, and needsto be editted by hand. Otherwise, the install is
fairly straightforward...
