/afs/sipb/project/sipb-athena/telnet, which is even the first place to
look.
/etc/athena/telnetd should have the latest changes. I modified
/etc/inetd.conf to use /etc/athena/telnetd; I did this without
removing the normal telnet line, since I envision this is how things
will turn out in other people's NetBSD installations if we just add an
"inetd.conf.add" file to their /etc/inetd.conf during installation.
