I rebuilt the Athena telnet for NetBSD from
/afs/sipb/project/sipb-athena. telnetd also compiles, and is in
/etc/athena/telnetd, but inetd.conf still points telnet connections at
/usr/libexec/telnetd.
The new version supports -safe, which is a plus.
/afs/sipb/project/netbsd/dev/athena/ktelnet is now obsolete.
