I copied the tcsh-6.05 sources into /afs/sipb/project/sipb/tcsh/, merged
in the local Imakefile stuff, and compiled it for i386_netbsd with the
local hacks, then installed it as /afs/.sipb/project/sipb/tcsh/tcsh
