Missing manpages from netbsd system packs

It seems that the NetBSD system packs are missing a few manpages.
Specifically, there is no /afs/sipb/system/i386_nbsd1/usr/athena/man/{cat,man}1/attach.1;
probably there are a few others that are missing, as well, but I haven't
looked. Greg said that he just copied them from John's installation,
so it's not clear to me where the problem lies.
Anyone?
