Sequel to my previous letter of proposition which I seek for your underst=
anding,I
have a transaction which I think will be of mutual benefit to both of us.=

to Engineer Duncan Njei, a Canadian National who lived here in Nigeria an=

was murdered with no beneficiary by unknown gunmen .
In my desire for a foreign partner with whom to do this transaction, I go=

of this transaction, I then after got your contact through an officer who=
work with a research company here in my country.
Engineer Duncan, was assassinated by unknown gunmen on 15th June 2002 aft=

the inspection on the crude oil discovery in Port Harcourt-Nigeria. Befor=

he finally gave up to the spirit in the hospital, he made me to understan=

that he deposited the total sum of thirteen million United State Dollars
with a security firm in Nigeria and the deposit certificate has been disc=
overed
by me in his brief case following his instruction & directions me.
I have tried with all possibility to claim this consignment funds from th=
e
cargo company but following the principles and procedures of the diplomat=
ic
company that i must provide the next of kin to that deposit with a letter=
of authorization. The cash was packaged in a trunk box as a family valuab=
les.
I want to be assure of any safe hand and your honesty to assist me as the=
next of kin to this deposit and then after by sending your particulars to=
enable me forward the particulars to the cargo company while you stand fo=

the release of the two consignments as the beneficiary, more also, this
