Since "upgrade" clearly doesn't mean "install a newer version of
NetBSD-Athena", that needs to be clarified, but it's the right sentiment.

Every time I mention desupporting this the reaction has been "not
until the linux-athena installer works!" If that's now "officially"
true, then go for it.
