linux and netbsd install service moves to charon2

After finishing copying the NetBSD and linux install images onto
charon2 last night, I verified that installs using charon2 as the
install server work. After consulting with representatives of linux-dev
and netbsd-dev, I've moved the sipb-nfs cname over from picayune to
charon2. It'll take effect after the host table update this evening.
I'll be around when it happens, and Matt will be doing the host table
update in case it needs to be backed out in a hurry for some bizarre
reason.
Yay. no more crashed picayune ever.
