For the full answer on that one, refer the MIT lawyers to the various
agreements between Transarc and MIT, and ask for an opinion.

1) IANAL.
2) It seems to me that if we only have official permission to
distribute the binary kits via the transarc contrib area, we shouldn't
be providing under-the-table copies through unprotected MIT cell
directories (whether in the system packs or build/project areas).
