Subject: NetBSD installation from sipb-nfs

Since NetBSD-AFS does not reliably start up when its cache is directed
at memory (either through disk cache on a ramdisk or using the
memcache option), I would like to go back to doing NetBSD
installations over NFS until we have a better option. I think the
best way to do this is to make bloom-picayune do a nightly synctree of
the NetBSD system packs onto an exported local disk partition.

Roughly 315MB of space are required (135MB for /os, 180MB for /srvd).
/u3 currently has about 1.5GB free out of 2GB; would it be reasonable
to export a directory from that partition?
