Until we figure out how and why the AFS install breaks on some systems,
I've put in a file named
floppy-nfs-do-not-use.fs
in the release directory. I've done some barebones testing (that is, I
installed a system using it). If people are unsuccessful with the AFS
floppy, tell them to use this.
(yes, it does the same thing only over NFS)
