I made a build volume in
/afs/dev.mit.edu/project/sipb/build/i386_linux2. The NetBSD build
tree has been moved down a level to i386_nbsd1.
For the source tree, I will wait on Sal's or Aaron's opinion on:

since, if linux-dev shares the source-sipb-8_2 branch, the
source-sipb-8.2 locker will work just fine for this purpose.
