No matter what we do in AFS-land, you should file a PR with NetBSD about
vref() not being available in non-DIAGNOSTIC kernels, as that makes VFS
LKMs a bit problematic--they can't honor the DIAGNOSTIC-ness of the
hosting kernel.
In this case, it looks like the AFS modules should be built without
DIAGNOSTIC enabled--that should convert VREF into an inline reference to
vref() as seen in <sys/vnode.h>
