I added myself to netbsd-dev in moira and the sipb cell, after
confirming that was OK with someone on the list.
I did this so that I could prepare to do the root password change
early next week. If anyone cares,
/afs/sipb/system/config/passwd/i386_nbsd1/master.passwd.new is the
relevant file.
