	I fixed the htons problem in protocol.c and rebuilt for NetBSD
("make klpc" only, to avoid the question of whether the server builds
on NetBSD) and installed it in the ops locker. The binary does the
right thing on NetBSD/i386 1.2 and 1.3. I believe all is happy now.
