Hi.
I don't know what *is* causing it, but I do know the
'not configured' message is something you can ignore (that's
the NetBSD kernel saying it found it and isn't doing anything with
it.. your Xserver will talk to it later).
Did you make sure your X server is configured correctly? are you
even running the right one? This sounds a lot like an X server
bug, and I don't know why you'd suffer one like that now and
not under 1.2
