I noticed toor exists on the machine with a password of "*"
We should get accounts to reserve this special username, since
right now, any new user can register with that and screw us over.
toor is now reserved in moira. i gave it uid 50002, since I didn't
know what would happen if I tried to create multiple users with uid
zero.
