Is there anything keeping us from pointing interested testers at the
NetBSD 1.3 install at this point? (Testers would be told that they
might have to reinstall their machines periodically to keep them from
breaking, since we don't have an update.) I'd like to get feedback
earlier rather than later. I guess we have to find a place to put the
install floppy image, but I think that's it for now.
