AFS works fine with UVM, provided you have an AFS module compiled with
-DUVM (and s/vnode_pager_uncache/uvn_vnp_uncache/, changes for which I
checked into the `sipb-3.3' source tree). As a proof of concept, both
deathtongue (a SPARC) and zygorthian-space-raiders (a PC) are
currently running UVM.

Some of you may notice that some old Athena programs pseudo-randomly
dump core. You may be inclined to say that this has something to do
with either UVM or AFS. You'd be wrong. This is due to unrelated
lossage in -current that I will deal with *after* I recover from the
SF marathon this weekend.
