At Sal's request, I created project.source-sipb and
project.source-sipb.rp, each with quota 200MB. These volumes are for
work on a new sipb-athena source tree based on the mainline Athena
sources.
I gave them the same acls as the sipb-athena volumes had. They're
mounted on /afs/sipb.mit.edu/project/source-sipb and
/afs/sipb.mit.edu/project/source-sipb/repository. I'm not sure if
that's optimal, but it should do for now.
Maybe we should add some of the lost 8GB back to the cell soon.
