Hesiod bug fix

I finally got off my butt and did something about the Hesiod
core-dumping bug. I updated resolve.c in the Hesiod sources to the
newest version and rebuilt libhesiod, hesinfo, login, telnetd, and
xlogin. They're currently installed in the read-write version of the
srvd, so the fix is pending tonight's volume release.

Since we don't have an update system (and I'm unlikely to put in the
time at this point to make us have one), existing systems won't get
the new binaries automatically (except for libhesiod, which lives
under /usr/athena). New installs will get the new binaries, though.

The affected files are:

	/bin/athena/hesinfo
	/bin/athena/login
	/etc/athena/telnetd
	/etc/athena/xlogin
	/usr/athena/lib/libhesiod.a
