How do you rebind shift-tab on pcvt consoles?

Hello,
I've written up a short file for W3 users on how to configure shift-tab to
work in Emacs on consoles and terminals which makes browsing pages easier.
I covered Linux virtual consoles and XTerms, i was wondering if anyone was
interested in writing a paragraph explaining what to do to do the equivalent
for NetBSD (i'm told, using the kcons command)? I don't have a NetBSD machine
to test any changes on anyways and i'm hesitant to write the answer based
entirely on documentation.
I've put a copy of the file in /mit/bitbucket/backtab-howto.txt
If anyone writes up such a paragraph i would appreciate if they
sent it to me in e-mail rather than edit that file though.
