While I'm debugging the ringworld problem, I'm making some temporary
modifications to the sipb-3.3 AFS tree which may look a little funny.
Don't check any of them in; if you need to, you can just revert them.
(I don't expect it to be a problem, since Derek is working primarily
with the CVS repository.)
