There isn't a kernel with AFS built in as such.  For most NetBSD
platforms AFS is loaded as a loadable kernel module.  As was mentioned
you should look in /mit/afsuser/sipb-dist/netbsd for the
afsdistribution and readme.  You want the m68k8k version.  I have a
kernel that seems pretty stable on a Mac ci running AFS.  For now you
can find it in /mit/afsdepot/jweiss/netbsd, but it probably wan't stay
there forever.
